Jason did a great job assisting us through the process of finding a suitable air conditioning system for our house. I was very impressed that he spent so much time trouble shooting cabling and switchboard requirements to help us find the best solutions and ensure there weren’t any hidden costs right from the start. I’m very thankful for his previous electrical experience to ensure the job would be done properly.

We had an outstanding experience with Jayden and Kane from Ken Hall during the installation of our air conditioner. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Their workmanship was first-class — everything was installed neatly, efficiently, and with great care taken to protect our home. They explained what they were doing clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. What really stood out was their attitude: respectful, calm, and clearly proud of the quality of their work. It’s refreshing to see tradespeople who genuinely go the extra mile and leave you feeling confident and looked after. A credit to Ken Hall and to their profession. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jayden and Kane to anyone looking for a top-quality air conditioning installation.

Amazing service with the removal and installation of my new air-conditioning unit. Have used Ken Hall previously and Jason has always done excellent efficient work always friendly and polite and explaining what needs doing. Cory did excellent work and answered questions while he was working, being both polite and friendly. Both leave the area clean and tidy after they have completed the job. Highly recommend Ken Hall to others.

I had a leak associated with my washing machine. Kris arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and asked if any other plumbing matters needed attention. Some fixtures are original to the 1970s, and I asked for the external taps and the control faucet to be serviced. Kris worked out the quote, including a bundling discount, and we agreed. The work was completed within an hour. Kris is friendly and considerate. I'm happy to ask Ken Hall Plumbers back for more work in the future.

Eddie, the technician who cleaned gutters at my place today did an amazing job, which was reflected on the attached before/after photos. He is efficient and thorough. He also kindly helped clean my front yard and left it nice and tidy. Many thanks Eddie and Ken Hall! Certainly will use the service again in the future!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Darryn arrived at my property in a very timely manner and took the time to clearly explain step by step what the issue was and how he planned to repair it. I was quite stressed about the amount of water that had been wasted and what the cost might be, but he reassured me straight away that it wouldn’t be an expensive repair — and he was true to his word. He repaired the burst pipe within 30 minutes, and his workmanship was excellent. Everything was left neat and tidy — you wouldn’t even know the paving had been lifted. He even carried out a pressure test afterwards to make sure the repair was holding properly with no further leaks. When it came time for the bill, I was genuinely shocked (in a good way!) at how honest and fairly priced the company is, especially in such a competitive market. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this caring, transparent, and professional. Highly recommend — I will definitely be using them again!

Kris P from Ken Hall was an absolute legend. He replaced our evaporative cooler filter pads with brand new ones and gave the whole system a much overdue clean and service! The best thing about Kris is that he arrived perfectly on time, was really friendly and did a great job. I'll just add that Ken Hall's pricing is a bit expensive but the quality of work is great and the fact that the staff arrive on time and are prepared (with a supportive office team you can always immediately contact if needed) makes it worth it. I'll be using them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service! From the moment I booked over the phone to the actual replacement today, everything was smooth, professional, and friendly. Jake rang me 30 mins before arrival as requested and arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while completing the work quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to come across such genuinely great customer service these days. A big thank you to Jake and the entire Ken Hall team for making the whole process so easy. Highly recommend to anyone needing smoke alarm installation or replacement, 5 stars all the way!

Jack was so friendly and professional. Super fast worker and very helpful. The other lads were awsome also! Well mannered and efficient (electrical side) Thankyou so much everyone for getting up and running again. Great business Ken I heard you on the radio and rang you guys first up when things went wrong right at Christmas time. I’m vet appreciative for the prompt service.
